We are the Austin Middle School Indians for 5th through 8th grade. We are 7th graders in a STEM School. Our school colors are green and orange. We are beast with technology. We also have a No Place For Hate program. We live on Galveston Island right by the beach. We have a cruise terminal and a Schlitterbahn water park.
Galveston is a historic island, including 1900 storm, Hurricane Ike and at one point was the largest port in the South. We have a lot of birds including Roseate Spoonbills and Great Blue Herons.
We had a blast! The students had a lot of fun and learned a lot about kayaking.
