Artist boat was a great experience. We got to learn about the different ecosystems working together in the wetlands of Galveston bay and do a walking tour with bird watching. It was fun!
Our trip to the state park was eye opening, truly a euphoric trip that stimulated my mind body and soul. Observing the beautiful processes that nature goes through when undisturbed by the human hand was life changing.
The state park was much more beautiful than I had ever imagined. The sun's rays reflecting off the flowing marsh grasses truly painted an intricate picture of grace and displayed the magnitude of responsibility we as the inhabitants of this planet have laid upon our shoulders to keep these amazing ecosystems in which we preside over safe.

ReplyDeleteWe love Artist Boat! I learned so much about species indigenous to Galveston! Despite the cold, the kayaking was still so much fun!

ReplyDeleteThe cold weather enhanced our trip! We got to do a quick hike through the marsh and kayak. Picnic on the water with art- what could be better?
